I've had the book for a while and I won't be able to bring it with me since I'm downsizing drastically.
Give me a short paragraph of why you want or need this book in your life right now.
I'll leave this open for a few days and I'll make my selection either based on someone I feel really needs it or a draw between multiple people :)

You're so kind! ;)
(I'm not interested in this one though!)
Hmmm... what kinda info does it have? I'm getting more into exercise and just recently started running, is it real science heavy? How practical is it? Hmmm, I just checked the preview out on amazon.com, I'll take it if no one else wants it.
Not really science heavy. It's more of a handbook. Good quick read but touches on all subjects of exercise and nutrition.
Surprised by the lack of response. This is such an awesome book and I'm paying for shipping !
Well, I think a lot of members here are probably well studied on the subject and I doubt your the only one who has this book given the admiration for Doug on this forum.
Hey Derek. Great Idea! I would do the same but I'm not sure I want people reading David Wolfe's books that I've got sitting on the shelf. ;) I would love to read this book! I haven't read any of Dr. Graham's books yet because I've got a stack of books patiently waiting for me, as it is. But if ever there was a book I should be reading right now It's certainly this one. I've been eating raw vegan for over 4 years and have finally decided to listen to my intuition and go 80/10/10. I've also been exercising pretty regularly for my whole life, mostly because I've never owned a drivers license and bike everywhere. Now I wan't to take it to the next level and really reach towards my full athletic potential by starting a real program. Like I said. I would love to read this book! :)
so nice of you to make an offer like this and I would be glad to have the honor of receiving this book...I would also gladly commit to making the same gesture like you did, after I've finished reading it...but I'm from EU, so the shipping costs might be a bit high, you should probably send it to someone closer to you :)
That's really kind of you =). I really wanted to get this book when I first heard of it, but I got 80-10-10 instead because I figured it'd be more essential. (I really have to prioritize how to spend the little money i have). I've been a competitive runner since I was in high school and through college, but never reached my potential (faster times) because of my bad diet... and I didn't realize that until I found 801010. It was so frustrating! Now that I'm just running on my own and competing in local races I really want to prove to myself that I can be so much better had I taken better care of my diet. The information in this book would be very helpful to me to help me reach my goals and take my love of running to new heights. :D
Wow that's really nice of you! I would love to read this book. I am a college tennis player so it would be right up my alley. Especially when we are traveling, it can be hard to find good quality food since most of my team prefers to go to subway or other similar places.
My current schedule is team fitness four days a week for two hours at a time and team practice five days a week for another 2 hours. I then go to work five days a week coaching tennis in which I am also playing tennis for about an hour a day.
Very cool to offer to share Doug's wisdom.
(BTW, I have my own copy)
thanks for all the responses guys :)
Lovely of you :) I am sure you will find the perfect person!
ok guys so based on your responses, I did a draw between 4 of you, I used a random number generator between the numbers 1-4, #2 would've been the 2nd person to reply etc...
and generator drew #1 so that would make Cait the winner :)
Thanks for the interest guys! :)
