I live in Maryland. The serviceberries were so delicious that I couldn't help myself from eating a few hundred before I identified them. Oh well, I'm still alive. Black raspberries are wonderful, too. They are slightly bitter compared to red raspberries, and might taste a bit like licorice.

YUMM those berries look delicious! We've been picking some black and red raspberries from around my in-laws' house. Don't they taste great when they're sun-warmed? Lambs quarters are delicious too, my favorite wild green!
