Okay, I know crunches won't work but what does?
I'm not much of a sports person, I'm trying some yoga as it's the only thing that gets along with my personality :) But I want to add some stomach flattening exercises as I need to lose 2-3 cm. So I'm asking for your experience - what does work? :)

Permalink Reply by Blueberryz on May 3, 2012 at 6:31pm Freelee recommends ANY form of exercise for a flat, toned stomach...whatever you enjoy the most. She suggests that there is no "specific" exercise for gaining a flat stomach like hers. The key is to be active and eat low-fat for a flat stomach. Remember that weight loss takes LONG (1.5-2 years or more). It took Freelee years to get to where she is now :-)
