30 Bananas a Day!

Hi,

I'm looking for some fitness dvds for beginners. I just want to have something simple, where you don't have to buy tons of materials first. My aims are to tone my body, lose fat and enhance my endurance. But the important thing is that I'm a beginner and I have not done a lot of sports in the last time.

So does anyone of you have any good recommendations for me?

Thanks a lot!

Kathrin

Hi Eva,

thanks for the reply. I'm already doing that, but I am looking for something else that I can do on those cold windy and rainy days and the ones when I come leave my house in the dark and come back again in the dark.

Love,
Kathrin
How 'bout The Firm and/or Leslie? Links below, if you want specific Firm dvd recommendations, let me know.

Also, collage is great for reviews and clips:

And the Firm yayas is good for info and accountability (just ignore the bad food info):

I love dvds for fitness!
another vote for collage video! The 1 minute clips and reviews are great!

Cathe freidrich has a really good beginner resistance dvd using tubing, as well as beginner step and stretch dvds. www.cathe.com
