811er for 3 years.
I do eat some nuts and seeds but not often. Mostly in salad dressings if ever.
I eat a warm meal maybe once every couple of weeks but can also go months without one. This warm meal will still be a 811 meal but not raw.
I am a Yoga Teacher and do my own practice currently about 4 to 5 days a week.
I do a mostly body weight style of training with light weights. Pull ups-push ups...bootcamp style training.
I do eat about 90% of calories from fruit just because I prefer them over veggies. Most of my veggies go into green smoothies and I do try to have a green juice every day if I can muster up the desire to use my juicer.
Working on starting up a blog called GetGrickinFit that revolves around Fitness,Yoga and RawFood living.
Namaste my friends

Permalink Reply by Chris Randall on October 21, 2012 at 1:56pm It's incredibly obvious that you are just wasting away to nothing on this protein-deficient crazy diet.
But where do you get your taurine?!?! ;)
