Ewwww fish oil!!

I remember taking fish oil when I was younger. After 2 weeks of fish-smelling/tasting-burps, I totally gave up. Never again >.>

His #7 "inconvenient truth" about fatty fish decreasing insulin response... seems to back up claims I've seen here about fat in the bloodstream (of any kind) messing with insulin & blood glucose.

So fish oil:

-increases colon cancer

-increases skin cancer, especially the most fatal kind

-increases diabetes

-and doesn't help with anything

Well, I just read through his stuff very quickly. But it seems to me that he is saying that plant based Omega fat is preferred and the body utilities what ever it needs from that. But he is not saying that you only need extremely low fat. Just eating fruit and vegetables is probably not enough. So some seeds and nuts are needed. But again you seems to need only minimum amount. I also wonder about if certain individuals might need more then others simply because of bad liver or any other ailments, so they might not be able to utilize the fat as well if normal.

the overfishing of the fish that are used in those pills is destroying the food supply of many other species! It needs to stop!!!!!!

Overfishing depends on what species it is and where it is. Some nations take better care of their fishing then others.
