I am still so stoked about Eman's first Jr. Triathlon we all got to see! It was so much fun, very relaxed atmosphere, great weather, good friends to help us cheer and celebrate, a wonderful experience for kids 8 and up!

i am thinking about trying to do one myself. how far in advance did you have to start training?
any good websites with advice for beginners?

Every race I write down a list of what to improve on in the next race.

My thoughts
sleep the week before.
Food/water intake
Gear
Race tactics
Heart rate etc.
