Hey my name is Will. I am a collegiate cross country runner, struggling to get under 26:30 in the 8k, struggling to get enough sleep, struggling to stay 80 10 10. I need so help and advice on how to beat the cravings. I hydrate really well and I run 60+ miles a week. I really want to be 100% 811 but i keep falling off. After season I plan on definitely fasting and resting and getting food cravings and toxins all out of my body. Give me some motivation, tips, help, wisdom etc etc PLEASE!!
