Great idea! I have 2 quarts of smoothies per day and in the evening have a humongous salad with any fat added foods at that time.
The first smoothie of the day in the morning hours is fruit smoothes! Yummm My favorite is called Ambrosia Mango-Bango.
The next smoothie of the day in the afternoon is my green smoothie with 1/2 lb of greens and usually some dates, figs, bananas perhaps. Anything I find that I am craving to up the fruits for the day. It is always delcious, filling, and nutritious.
I have my other 1/2 lb of greens in my evening meal.
Mango-Bananas- Dates. Tastes so good and fill me up with tons of energy to take on Life. :)
