I am wondering if people have any experience with encountering a ceiling for fat at which point candida symptoms are likely to return if you're susceptible. I know the ratios are 80/10/10 but has anyone tried going a bit higher in fat without adverse results more like 75/10/15 or 70/10/20?
The way my body works, I do best overt fat free. I love avocado, but eating 1/2 to one a day can send me over the edge in terms of acne and itchiness,and Chronic fatigue symptoms. (Not sure if candida related or not).
I think I am allergic to nuts and they mess up my digestion big time:)
