30 Bananas a Day!

Hello peeps

I'm feeling so awful ever since yesterday. I woke up to an extreme discomfort at the back, the spine kind of feels snapped or something. I couldn't move much but still danced anyway. For the twenty minutes that I was dancing, the pain somehow got away. Once I stopped dancing, the pain came right back. It was there all the way till now, and it's worse than ever. I feel freaking *&^%$# now because it's so pain that even sitting down hurts so much that I cried. I guess I'll be resting for the week besides the time that I'll be working part-time, and hope you lovelies can give some suggestion on easing the pain. I don't want to visit the doctor because I cannot afford medical care now (expensive in Singapore) and I don't want to consume or rub any chemicals to my body.

Chemicals aint gonna fix that pain. Im guessing but it sounds like sciatica nerve has been pinched somehow by a tight muscle. Thats a guess.


Poke your fingers around the top of your gluteal muscles and see if you can feel sharp pain. Do some prodding and reading on the net. If you can dance, your not too bad! lol!


Lie down as long as you can. Stretch your glutes out.

I can't feel the sharp pain though. It's just pain at the lower back. No specific spot :( Thanks Harley!

If dancing made it feel better I would guess that the pain is being caused by muscle soreness. The dancing would warm up the muscle causing it to temporarily loosen up.

I agree. playing the guessing game is alot more fun for two!

I don't know why but the pain subsided after a walk to get fruits (12 mangoes and 30 bananas). Somehow it was also like that during yesterday around this hour, and came back at night even more painful than before.


I realized that when I "exercise" (dancing yesterday, walking today), the pain goes away. When I become sedentary (sitting at one corner, watching some videos and reading the forum) the pain hits right back (okay I can feel the pain now again). What does it mean?


Yeah, Harley, I'm gonna prob around the net for info too. T_T *screams in pain*


P.S. I can hear my family blaming the fruits for this condition zzz

Yeah we do have polyclinics, healthcare group heavily subsidized by the government and the queue is gonna take me forever. The people who patronize the polyclinics are mostly people who want to get the medical certificate from the doctor to excuse them from work/school because they feel lazy to, and it's the cheapest option besides skipping class/work altogether without valid reason. So the doctors kind of like work "half-heartedly" there already. (such a negative comment coming from a Singaporean. I deserve to be shot! I love Singapore btw)

Yeah I know swimming helps! I love swimming but I hate the fact that there is chlorine present in the water, damages my skin and hair :( And usually I end up getting a bad tan :(

Same here. My parents will never allow me to swim in the ocean/sea :(
