30 Bananas a Day!

It seems as though many of you guys workout quite hard, expelling like 600 calories per day. I was wondering if the lfrv lifestyle needs this much exercise in order to work. It is mentioned that one needs about 2000 calories to maintain a weight, but does that mean 2000 if you work out or 2000 if you do not? I am not working out so hard that i am using an extra 600 calories a day, yet I would like to lose weight and get to my natural weight. Also, does one maintain a natural weight through exercise and eating or just through eating this diet?

I'm certainly no expert, but I would advise you not to aim for a certain number of calories to burn per day. Do as much exercise as you feel you can handle right now. From what I've gathered, you will eventually have outrageous energy that you will feel the NEED to work out.

As far as calories go, check out this post by B. about calculating the proper amount of calories your body needs to sustain itself. As he explains, the formula does not account for exercise so if you burn off more calories, you will need to eat more. Concerning weight loss, I just today created a group called 'LFRV Weight Loss' on this site. Hoping others will join up and we will be able to support each other. Here is the link to the group: http://www.30bananasaday.com/group/lfrvweightloss

Hope that helps! :-)
ooh, it does help. I just looked at all of the links and they answered most of my questions. But i looked at the first link that tells you how much you should eat through an equation, calorie wise, to maintain, but how much should you eat if you want to lose weight not maintain?
