EXCELLENT HEALTH MEANS:
freedom from disease
the body repairing itself naturally
longevity without sickness
feeling incredibly terrific, energetic, FED! finally!
being happy for no apparent reason
kindness to others
compassion and consideration for others naturally and effortlessly
putting your needs first and foremost and demonstrating to others to do the same
being in relationships out of true desire instead of dependency and fear
having your path to success in all areas of your life gently laid out in front of you like a magic carpet
being intuitively aware of your needs and the needs of others
having the energies to handle any and all circumstances that come your way
seeing the world as an opportunity to share instead of filled with hopelessness
living your dreams instead of living in misery
enjoying moving a body that responds
enjoyment of eating REAL food
being a beacon of light in a world that truly is asking for one.
These are just some of what health has given me. Is the path of high-carb, low-fat raw organic food expensive? Compared to crap that is toxic and chemical laden that makes us fat, sick and nearly dead? I don't think so!

Particularly the truck driver segment, was truly inspirational to me. After seeing that movie, I started to use some different green juice combos to substitute for my one cooked vegetable meal a day that prevented me from being 100% LFRV.

The only thing that prevents someone from going 100% 80/10/10 is themselves. Find a way and just do it hon. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!
