Hi all,
I am currently in the midst of the flu, but I noticed a trend. Every time I go back to eating cooked food, dairy, and eggs, wouldn't you know, like clock-work, I feel sick. Does anybody else have this experience? I'm sure you all are more disciplined than I am, but in case you ever get the urge to eat something that is not HCRV, do you ever experience this??
Coincidence?? or not?

I have been travelling to Australia once a month for the last 3 months (with colleagues from work, for a week each time) and have been forced to eat something that is not HCRV (and not even HCCV) due to meetings/entertainment with clients etc..
The more fat i consume, the worse i come back feeling - (just came back last Friday and am still currently recovering from flu). I have decided to opt out from flying for at least 3 months because flying to Aus for a week, coming back sick, recovering, flying AGAIN and coming back sick etc is such a horrible cycle to be in!
So it is definitely NOT a coincidence that you feel sick after eating something that is not HCRV.
I hope this helps,
Samantha xx.
