Permalink Reply by Don Bennett on June 9, 2011 at 2:04am Thanks! That's great. And although most people involved in dealing with this outbreak wouldn't understand why, it is a crime against humanity that questions weren't asked about animal food consumption.
I didn't see a Nr. 9. Was there one?

Permalink Reply by Marini on June 9, 2011 at 2:05am some news...about a cucumber again:
in eastern germany (Magdeburg) they discovered an "EHEC-cucumber" (with the strain of bacteria that is responsible for the situation at the moment) in the garbage of an infected family. The rest of the cucumber has been in the bin since at least one and a half week. But it's not clear, if maybe the family was infected before the bacteria went on the cucumber or if the cucumber may contagioned in the garbage or it's place of origin (wow! they don't say "the evil cucumber!!!!!!!!!" like they did before).
For the further search of the source of the bacteria, this find has only a low-value.
Supermarkets where the family may bought the cucumber were all free from ehec.
But: The warning for tomatoes, salad and cucumbers continues to exist....
80/10/10 life (organically grown fruits/ veggies) sprinkled with some lemon juice (brushing teeth afterwards...) as PREVENTION.
Clay (poultice & intakes), together with the adequate essential oils ( ravinsara, thyme, lavender... diluted with a carrier/ body oil such as almond/ olive) ) as a "helping hand"...
Great "questionaire" thanks 4 sharing !!!
just eating my veggies and fruits as before EHEC began making trouble, but I wash it more properly and several times to be on the safe side and in particular to calm my mother ;)
they say the origin of EHEC is identified: sprouts from an organic company in northern germany..
