30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone!

So I signed up for The Epic Mud Run in Missouri on my 21st birthday on September 1st. It's a 5k and has obstacles throughout the course. I was just wondering what kind of training regime I should be doing? I've been running (slowly upping my mileage), and have just started to weight lift since I got sick, I also do yoga, and once my bike is back from the shop, I will be adding that as well. :) Does anyone have any suggestions if I should put my focus into specific areas? Or should I rotate my training? I was also wondering if I should up my calories. I'm 5'9 1/2 and I weigh about 119 lbs. I would LOVE to eventually put on about 10lbs of muscle. Right now I'm getting between 2500-3000 calories per day. I've been on this lifestyle 100% for about 24 days. I would appreciate any input! Thanks a ton!!
