Im new to this. I just wanted to share my experience with you guys. I have been getting into the fruit thing. The last 2 weeks I have been starting my morning with a 3 banana half pineapple, strawberry smoothy. I make a blender full and sip it all morning at work. I have tons of energy. Then I would come home for lunch and eat cheese and high fat foods. The afternoon I would be so tired and sleepy. So today at lunch I made another 3 banana half pineapple, strawberry smoothy to see what would happen. I know what you guys are thinking LOL. Anyway, I had so much energy all afternoon right into the night. I love it. I looooooooove it. Also notice my fingernails growing really well.
Well we all start somewhere. You will definitely no longer notice the post lunch sleepies on a raw vegan diet. Maybe now you can do raw breaky and lunch ... and go from there!
