30 Bananas a Day!

Elimination

sooo.. raw 811 for 1 week now and minimal elimination  is happening...
Is this normal in the beginning this lifestyle?
I've been having some mono meals of banana's and mangos and mixing minimaly and am just waiting to be empty and have a happy belly.. its gotten to the point where my bowel's been painfully full is this normal? and what if anything can i do to help things move through faster?
don't really want to take herbals

This problem seems to happen to many people when they are first starting. It goes away as time goes on, as your body adapts the the increased volume of food.

Make sure you eat RIPE fruit and drink PLENTY of water!
