Mine was high too. It's funny, my former doctor (whom I hope to never see again) tested my vitamin D, among other things, because she was sure I'd be deficient in everything. The test came back saying that one type of vitamin D was high (the real kind, D3 from the sun), but the other was very low (the kind from food and supplements). So she basically ignored that first result and started to talk about how I'm deficient and need to supplement and blah blah blah. Because of course we're naturally supposed to get vitamin D from pills and fortified foods... I don't think there is any problem with having above vitamin D if its the real/natural kind - it just means you're getting plenty of sun, nothing wrong with that! :P
No, no supplements ever! And I live in Minnesota, the capital of cold. I started to get sun maybe a month ago. Well, I probably should not worry.
