Tried this and it's really good! My son liked it too!
1 cup cooked Chickpeas/Garbonzo Beans
1-2 tbsp mustard
Several shakes of curry powder
plus a pinch of black salt from the global foods store (for sulfur content)
Put it on bread for fat free egg salad sandwich
And mixed it with mashed potatoes for a fat free potato salad
