30 Bananas a Day!

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that our digestive juice can come out only two times a day, so that we should eat only 2 meals a day.

also i read that morning is best for physical labor, afternoon best for mental labor, and evening best for creative pursuits (recreation i guess?)


could somebody find these two posts for me please?

i guess the person meant that first two meals of the day will be digested much more efficiently than the later ones.
Some people feel good eating just 2 meals a day. But it would be hard for me to eat enough calories in just 2 meals. I like to eat 3 or 4 or 5 meals a day personally and it works really well for me.

Roar of tiger- its just some anorexic eating perfection idealism based on nothing. sounds correct but we know its not. wake up at midnight and eat a banana. your body will digest it. eat as many times a day it takes to get enough calories. start with 3000 if you want some baseline of decent energy levels. anything less longterm aint gonna let us run prime in life.
i guess they just said it was optimal to follow the optimal time for certain activities.
Whats optimal for one won't be for another....if i ate 2 meals a day i would be eating for hours and stuffing myself beyond belief,and i don't find this comfortable or make me feel bright and springy.

I use to do the whole fast 16 hours a day between dinner and next days breakfast etc.by no means were i as fit or athletic as i am now. I just didn't feel very strong at all.
