30 Bananas a Day!

I am new!  This is my first day as a LFRV...
So I will have many questions :)

Does it matter what type of fruit I eat in the later evening?
I often stay up late and need a snack after dinner so I dont starve...but I am not sure what would be best to eat right now...

Any ideas?

I struggle with this too. I've always found that cooked-food cravings were strongest right before bed. The reality is that any type of food before bed is not good for your health. Your body depends on glucagon (the hormone that is released when you finish digesting food) to set off the cascade of night-time hormones. You want to try to eat a big enough dinner that you don't need to eat anymore that day.
I like very juicy fruit like watermelon early in the day and less juicy fruit like bell peppers later in the day.

I just eat whatever I feel like that is in the house if I am still hungry after dinner, usually bananas cos they are almost always there and ripe. Last night I had some persimmon fairly late. Depends how hungry too. I used to abstain from eating before bed but then found I just suffered for it the next day or two from lack of cals. Now I'll even get up and eat bananas an hour after first going to bed if I need to.

It seems odd at times, like I'll eat way over 3000 cals and then still be hungry later. Other times, simply fully satiated early on less cals. I no longer worry about time if I am hungry, I simply eat. :) Being fully carbed up and satiated defo helps me to fall asleep easily.

I have found really water rich foods keep me awake with a full bladder.

You could just experiment and see what you like.

If i"m hungry late at night I usually reach for vegetables...broccoli being the most common.
