HI everyone, I have a question I would like to ask I have been a Vegan for about 4 months and I have been having all sorts of feelings from stomach discomfort to feelings of discomfort in my chest area and feelings of gas which I found out that my body is adjusting to the new lifestyle not diet. Now for the query I have been getting a fuzzy/tingling feeling after eating only a couple of bananas I get this real tired feeling so I lay down for a bit and close my eyes but when open them I have that feeling. I didn't get it when I first started eating bananas and I was eating 10-12 for b'fast what gives. Does anyone have any advice on this.
You said you are a vegan but are you a LFRV? Or, do you eat cooked? Do you eat vegan "cheeses," "burgers," etc? I noticed when I first when vegetarian sometime ago that certain foods being mixed would cause me to feel weird and tired and just blah. Especially cooked tofu related things.
