Hey Harley, I'm asking you these questions in a public discussion because I believe their answers will be useful to all of us on 30BaD.
The reason why I ask them is because I believe it is easier to model the best instead of just stumbling and failing around for all beginners on this path. So Cheers! Feel free to not answer if you think it's innapropriate. ;)
1 - How many meals do you eat per day? How much can you fit into one meal? How long does one meal take (chewing, etc)
2 - What changes in your life made it easier for you to accomodate this lifestyle?
3 - Do you have support from your family on this path?
4 - Do you still live around people who you love that are on the cooked food path?
5 - Very Important - What kind of work do you do? How do you have so much time to be on 30BaD, exercise, and eat as much as you eat everyday?
AND, how do you get money to buy so much food and travel? (tips on this one would SURELY be greatly appreciated!!!)
6 - From your experience, is it normal for men and women to decrease sexual appetite on this diet?
7 - Have you ever had relapses on your first year on lfrv? as in: did you ever eat a cooked meal (or anything like that that wasn'r lfrv) and regret it afterwards?
If so, how did you deal with it?
