Im sure I could gain 30lbs if I just did mono watermelon for an entire day. Its just hard to get sweet melons in Australia though!
Permalink Reply by lelouch on April 20, 2012 at 5:44pm I actually didnt each much Banana before. Its because of this forum and especially you that i started eating Bananas. I kind of like dried Monukka raisins over dates. I even adapted your recipe of datorade and created my Monukkarade :P
Well I am an Indian :D and yeah people here love Bananas traditionally. Many cultures even worship Banana tree.

Do you generally drink a litre oF water before every meal ?? Just curious, as there was no mention in the vid (please correct me if I'm wrong!)

I don't drink a liter of water before each meal out of habit but its common that Ive drunk a liter of water in the 4-5 hours between meals that commonly occurs.
I drink enough water so Im peeing 1-2quarts a night (I know cos I use an old juice bottle & Freelee uses a pot). I drink enough so Im watering the garden every 2 hours or so during the day. So it could be just 2 quarts a day or anywhere up to 14 quarts a day depending on what is happening in the moment.
If I want to do more, I eat and drink more in advance. Bit like you have to pack a camera if you want to get the shot vs get the shot and then say 'ok, Im gonna go get my camera now, stay there birdy!'.
OR 'Ok, Im really tired, frustrated and hungry and about to eat some junk Im gonna regret, so that means its time to eat some fruit now..oh, where is the fruit? No fruit here? or Im so hungry that a what I can fit in my stomach isnt going to come close to meeting my caloric needs so Im going to eat a fruit meal but cos Ive waited so long, Im still gonna be craving the rest of the night/week etc'
