Blueberries, dates and durian with a bit of cocowater/flesh is a divine smoothie that I used to make often, but it is not low fat.
Durian + bananas!
AWESOMENESS IN A TALL GLASS!! Just make sure whatever you blend it with digests well for you... durian is quite filling because of its fat content, which makes it digest oddly if you are eating it with something that digests a lot smoothly/quickly. If the combos work for you, enjoy it thoroughly!! :D
Durian really is heavenly! It's one of my favorite fruits now, trailing after the nomdakmai mango and mangosteen! :D
