Please provide a photo or video of yourself.
It is the right thing to do.
So people can critique you as well.
It is only fair don't you think?
If your not willing to do this then go crawl under the rock you came from ;-)
Take Care,

Permalink Reply by BigG. on February 6, 2011 at 2:43am I am still waiting for Trygve Aase Lunde photo and video and the others critquing.
To show us what a normal face should look like.
Thanks Haakon for sharing your experience.
Yes over salt consumption can really bloat one up.
Take Care,
Permalink Reply by Linda on February 5, 2011 at 7:50pm I totally disagree with this ^ above statement. I had been heavily criticised by my dad and it ended up with a loss of confidence and self-esteem. What I wouldn't pay for praise!

Permalink Reply by Jared Six on February 5, 2011 at 3:31pm There are countless videos of Doug Graham out there and for some reason this one video gets him a lot of criticism due the strange shape of his jaw. (I knew as soon as I saw the title of this post "Grahams Face" it would be about this video.) His face is perfectly fine in all of his other videos (including ones that are much more recent) so I don't know what was wrong. (Maybe a really weird camera angle?)
It's unfortunate that out of all of Doug Graham's vidoes on YouTube the one that has the most actual views is this one. Yes, it's a good message, but unfortunately most people that watch it can't see past his strange puffy looking jaw. It's also unfortunate that he doesn't have more videos on YouTube. Can you imagine if he had a daily show like "The Lifergenerator", "The Renegade Health Show", "The Raw Life Health Show", and "The Raw Food World" do?

Permalink Reply by Anastasia/Champagne Mango on February 6, 2011 at 2:28pm GOOD point.
I know that I always look forward to more Durianrider vids as well. Graham's kind of a recluse in comparison.
Permalink Reply by Haakon on February 5, 2011 at 6:54pm I'm swollen in the same area.
Have been for over 6 months. It started after having a salty meal after being 811 for a while. I figured it would go away. It hasn't :/
It's less severe at the end of the day, and sometimes dissappears completely, but it's always back the next morning. Pics:

Night (same day, almost gone)
It bugs the hell out of me.
