I just finished reading his book yesterday and I am blown away by the information in it! I thought I knew the basic premise of the diet but there is so much good info in the book. Most of you probably already know that but I just needed to say it.
Right, great book. I read Dr Fuhrman's Eat to live some time ago, so Grahm's infos were not that mind-blowing haha. But I still love to take the book and look up some things - I love the way he puts complicated body/chemistry stuff into simple words that everyone can understand. Oh and the meal plans are a great inspiration for every day.
