I'm doing Banana Island today! So I know it's short notice but I'm going full raw vegan (90/5/5) for 1 month! After that I will decide whether or not I feel I should add rice or potatoes. for the first 5 days (starting today) I'm doing Banana Island :). Feel free to join!

Permalink Reply by Hailee Young on Banana Island made me so sick guys! I thought it was going to be great because I love Banana's but after my second meal I started feeling nauseous. I got really sick had a bad headache and wanted to die. I was in so much pain. Needless to say I'm not doing Banana Island today :( I hope it goes well for all of you!

Permalink Reply by Hailee Young on Maybe I'll give that a try! I'm still feel off from the banana island so for now im just eating what my body feels comfortable with and trying to not do too much mono but that will definitely be something I would want to try later on in the summer.
