I agree, there has been a movement to scare people out of eating fruit and instead eating dehydrated foods and it seems odd.. I seen a video once with the ph miracle guy Dr Robert Young claiming the body doesn't run on sugar and then attempting to light a bulb from water using salt as conductive medium to prove it.. that's when I stopped listening really, he would get laughed out of a first year biology class for that. I am still getting over some of my initial brain washing on fruits.. There is another video of Brian Clement checking the blood of a fruitarian to show he has deficiencies of some mineral as proof it is an unhealthy lifestyle.. He is one of the biggest bullies in the raw community and it's big business for him, his institute takes in big money and his supplement rage is massive, he has a vested interest in his way of eating against all others and tends to argue his case by shouting louder and saying 'im a real scientist'
I have huge respect for people on this site standing up for the obvious in the face of such lunacy
Id put money on it the 'fruitarian' Brian Clement 'tested' was a bong smoker, half anorexic, aspiring to be a breatharian, calorie restricter that ate perhaps also chicken wings on the side.
Robert Young says some real good things but like 99% of em, they never offer a longterm sustainable solution. Its just 'everything in moderation, green foods are great and our label is the best actually, max 2 pieces of fruit a day and just 'eyeball' your server of protein, carbs and fats on the plate at meal time and try and eat less over time..'
