30 Bananas a Day!

after being sedatary for 3 years i am getting back into exercise........right now I am doing 15 minute increments-jump rope then trampoline jog and then back to jump rope, soccer, walking/jogging on the trail. My goal for today is to do 3 15 minutes sessions and then work up my time from there. But any advice would be great!

I think sports are the best exercise because it makes you push yourself when having a lot of fun and you'll want to keep doing it.
