30 Bananas a Day!

am i the only one who sometimes gets really uncomfortable stomach pains and gas? Could it be from wrong food combining??

Hii, not the best of subjects to introduce myself but oh well :) so over the weekend I had a full raw day on Friday (felt fine), Saturday I had fruit till 4 and then a vegan pizza with homemade sauce and base then a huge bowl of pasta 400g + (fine), then Sunday after a 12 banana smoothie 8-9 oclock I had the worst stomach pain I've ever experienced for about 20 mins, had to curl up to control it, and this was with a clear bowl so I don't know what happened there. I've been trying to drink 1 litre of water before all meals but sometimes I do forget, but without a doubt it definitely helps with digestion especially when its not a fruit meal. I don't know if this is any help, just wanted you to know that you aren't alone :D

I experience this mainly if I have a cooked dinner late at night and then fruit in the morning after. Freelee says many times in her videos that when fruit runs into anything else in the colon, it pushes it out quickly with all of its fiber. Also, when you combine fruit with anything else or fruits that do not digest well together, it can ferment in the stomach and cause that. You may even have a backed up colon, inefficient colon from times before this lifestyle, and/or aren't used to the high fiber content yet.

The following formula works well for long term health and success:

Diet in a Banana Peel 

Eat a raw frugivore diet where most carbohydrates and calories come from whole raw ripe sweet and juicy fruits like oranges, papaya, or mangoes, supplemented with about ½-2 heads of lettuce greens a day (not kale, chard, and spinach) and about a handful of raw nuts or seeds a day. Eat simple meals but a rainbow of foods over a period of time.  

Eat enough on a daily basis with at least 2500 calories for females and at least 3000 calories for males.  Drink 2-4 quarts of water a day and pee clear. Get 8-12 hours of sleep as needed. Exercise about 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week with at least one day off for rest and repairs.  Get about 30 minutes of sunshine a day on your skin for vitamin D, mental health, eye health, and healthy bones and teeth.
