Does this come with time on 80/10/10? If I do smoothies, I load them up with ice for the texture/taste. But, by the end of the day, I actually feel cold.
I'm not doing the salad at night (which would help of course!)...
Are most of your meals room temperature? Is there a recommended guideline?
(I remember Dr. Graham as not being a huge fan of frozen fruit.)
Thanks

I also do as you do by putting some ice into my smoothies.
I think room temperature foods are easier to digest then cold foods.
Permalink Reply by Jdollz on May 9, 2012 at 8:45pm Yes, I eat everything pretty much at room temp. I still do some frozen organic berries but make sure to thaw it out properly and rinse. I read too much cold or frozen foods mess with our good flora.
Take care:)

Permalink Reply by Pau Casas on May 9, 2012 at 9:06pm Didn't Graham say he developed B12 deficiency from eating cold smoothies, as it was harmful to the bacteria that produce it? So then he stopped having cold foods and the deficiency disappeared.

Permalink Reply by ORGANIC811LFRV on May 9, 2012 at 9:31pm I eat everything cold and I also add ice to my smoothies. This is a matter of personal preference and I don't get concerned at all.
