Does this come with time on 80/10/10? If I do smoothies, I load them up with ice for the texture/taste. But, by the end of the day, I actually feel cold.
I'm not doing the salad at night (which would help of course!)...
Are most of your meals room temperature? Is there a recommended guideline?
(I remember Dr. Graham as not being a huge fan of frozen fruit.)
Yes, I eat almost all of the whole natural from the garden foods at room temperature.
I also do as you do by putting some ice into my smoothies.
I think room temperature foods are easier to digest then cold foods.
Yes, I eat everything pretty much at room temp. I still do some frozen organic berries but make sure to thaw it out properly and rinse. I read too much cold or frozen foods mess with our good flora.
Same. Cold food ain't good for your body, if you have it, warm it up in your mouth at least.
Didn't Graham say he developed B12 deficiency from eating cold smoothies, as it was harmful to the bacteria that produce it? So then he stopped having cold foods and the deficiency disappeared.
Yes, room temperature mostly, though I like my oranges, mangoes from the refrigerator.
definitely room temperature everything for me! tastes better, feels better, IS better! xx :)
I eat everything cold and I also add ice to my smoothies. This is a matter of personal preference and I don't get concerned at all.
