Hi everyone,
I'm sure this has been discussed before. Wondered about people with Type I & Type II diabetes. I know that fruit sugar is processed by a non-diabetic very well; however, is it the same for these two types of diabetes? Are they able to eat as much as well? Thanks for your patience:)

I'm prediabetic and I try to follow this diet plan because I don't want to be diabetic! Some people say that the sugar in fruit is dangerous for diabetics--but look at the alternative!! I know my blood glucose level is much better when I can stay on this program 100%. I've heard of diabetics getting off insulin in 30 days with this program.

I did have a feeling that type II would definitely be reversible. Thanks:)
