I have been drinking 120-150 ounces of water a day! Also, eating lots of watermelon and I'm still dehydrated. It seems to go away mid day but every morning I wake up with yellow pee and a horrible headache, as if I'm hung over from alcohol.
Two weeks ago I was semi-sick and had a bit of a sunburn, I don't know if that contributes to it but I have been well for the last 7 days and still dehydrated. I understand a litttle dehydration if you aren't drinking enough but I'm so dehydrated i feel HUNG over.. why?
