30 Bananas a Day!

Hey all!

 

Today is my 5th day LFRV and I must say that so far I'm really loving it! Being satiated throughout the day is a feeling I haven't had in years. I have a few new guy questions though:

 

How much of my calories can come in smoothie form, and is there any degradation of nutrients which occurs via blending?

 

Supplements, I'm taking quite a few, am I supposed to stop them all? (B-complex, Vitamin E, Glucosamine-Chondroitin, Selenium, Garlic pills, Healthy bacteria pill, etc.)

 

Detox, when should I expect this to start happening? The only things I've noticed the first 5 days have been a general feeling of lethargy in the morning and some mild headaches.

Day 11 today and I still have the above questions. Regarding detox, I think I'm running into some, I feel absolutely terrible this morning and I did last night as well. I've eaten 3500 calories every day for the last week, but I really haven't felt energetic enough to exercise at all.

 

One additional question: I've literally been eating 30 bananas a day because they are the cheapest source of calories, can I continue that indefinitely or do I need to insert the other (more expensive) fruits?

Day 14 today, I've noticed my skin becoming dryer and dryer over the past few days, is there anything I can do about it other than keep going and wait for it to get better? I understand that fat plays a vital role in maintaining healthy skin, should I try to eat more fatty things? I've already been eating one avocado per day.
How much water are you drinking?
3-4 Liters per day, I'm peeing clear 8+ times daily.
Day 16 today, and now time for a gross question! I've noticed that my feces smells horrifically bad the last couple of days. Is this normal and how long can I expect it to continue?
They probably smell bad cause your body is getting rid of old garbage from your previous diet. An avocado a also sounds like a lot of fat make sure your fat doesn't exceed 10 % of your calories. About the bananas. I do the same thing. Make sure you eat a ton of greens like kale baby spinach celery and other various dark greens. Good luck! By the way I know this might sound weird but I would ditch the shampoo and bodywash and shampoo cause after a while you won't have any odor on your body. After a while your skin should adjust so just keep at it
I've been trying banana island, now day 3. I'm really missing my salad at the end of the day. Can I incorporate that or is it better to do bananas only for a couple of weeks?
I would think if you are craving salad then go for it.  I like eating mono meals but my brain just can't wrap around the idea of eating one fruit for days or weeks.  I know I would get bored with it so variety is working for me.  But to be honest I haven't really looked into the benefits of doing banana island.  I'll have to do some research I guess and see why some people like doing it.
Just been reading some more about it and I think I'm going to have to try banana island soon.  :)
Day 25 today, having some difficulty being so stuffed all the time. When does that feeling go away? I'm eating 3500-4000 calories daily. My lichen planus is showing minimal improvement, I'm not sure that I can attribute this to the diet though because it naturally ebbs and flows. 
Questions:
Are raisins acceptable?
When do I stop feeling stuffed constantly?
I've had dry skin for years, but it's getting worse, any suggestions?
Did you ever stop supplementing?
Yes i haven't taken any supplements for almost a month. I started vitamin D a few days ago.
