Lots of people said 'No way David Wolfe would try and sue you man! Your having us on! David Wolfe is a non judgemental spiritual guru that is above any criticisms. He would accept your actions as a freedom of speech..' LMAO.
Well David Wolfe shows his true colours in this letter I got today from his LA lawyers. Dress like a guru and sue like monsanto. All David Wolfe will get from me is a training programme, pair of old joggers and a few boxes of bananas to help melt that superfood gut of his. I dont hate DW even though he is repeatedly trying to sue my ass and bankrupt me. I don't take it personally. Im merely sharing my comments and criticisms and will continue to do so as an individuals right to freedom of speech.
Feel free to share it around the net and express your right to freedom of speech. Be careful though! David Wolfe might get his legal henchmen on to you too! ;)

Even if you had Freelee and all of us Peace Keepers helping you with that there is no way that all of those refrences could be found and deleted in only 7 days. LOL

I am no lawyer. I did take a Media Law class, however..
I'm not an expert, however if DW is suing and accusing him of defamation, he is basically saying DR is "falsely accusing" him of unethical conduct.
Further, if anyone is actually 'suing for damages'/money, the burden is on the plaintiff to prove the defendant harmed his reputation. This is, generally, very hard, if not impossible, to do. Why? Because everyone is entitled to their opinion! (and measuring the damages is virtually impossible to do) To my understanding, it has to be something really malicious.. and even repeated. Proving that the defendant is actually out to harm the plaintiff. (which is actually ironic as it seems DW is doing this.)
On a personal note, I have to say, this is just a ploy.. And to tell you the truth.. Speaking as an American, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he was even interested in garnering publicity as a result of this. People like this, though, thrive on making people feel uncomfortable. This guy is a narcissist. I am very sorry you have to deal with this. Try and have as little contact w/ him as possible. I would thoroughly keep doing what you're doing (maybe w/out the name?) and tell people the truth about the hacks out there, however, I believe in not having anything to do with divisive people.
(Because they are treacherous - and that defines their lives.) I know people like this all too well, unfortunately. They want to see people suffer. Understand it's a sickness, but they choose it. They choose deception over truth. They choose it.
So, for that and that reason alone, I would stop using his name, at some point. There comes a point where you can't save everybody, even those people who are spiraling out of control.
I normally would be like 'yea, stick it to him!'. But so many people in this world are liars. And they are not your friends.
As far as the court stuff. - A bunch of smoke and mirrors. An attempt to scare you as well as to 'hopefully' get some press! Definitely. That's so huge here, I know. I mean, look @ the Kardashians, that chick from Kate Plus 8, Joan Rivers .. for goodness sake, Kathy Griffin, Howard Stern, Star Jones, all those 'Real Housewives' chicks, Spencer Pratt.. I could go on forever. This may or may not be the culture in Australia, but we have some ridiculous, attention-getting people, who thrive on it and the more drama, the better. The bigger the paycheck.
I can next to guarantee you, he wants the press.. (if he can get any). I have the feeling he's quite jealous of your popularity. This is very common among narcissists.
Everything will be fine... As far as I am concerned (simply not having watched every one of the vids, but I did watch a whole lot of them ... and thoroughly enjoyed them) you did not do anything wrong or illegal. Maliciousness comes into play in the 'true cases' of defamation and, malicious you are not.
This guy is an unbelievable prick.

I really think what happened was - and I had a very similar experience with Bisci's numbskulled assistant a little while ago.. These people don't like to get insulted, it enrages and embarrasses them. They just cannot stand it.
You didn't do anything wrong! But some people are flippy and can't 'handle' the public humiliation. Esp. people w/ super-low self-esteem.
This world does not belong to negative people. They seem haunted by the fact that, to those who would serve it, the world is their oyster. In other words, these people are jealous!
Here is what it really boils down to, imo.
You can talk about someone all you want. (People do it in this country all the darn time and the only thing it might cost them is some fans or supporters. - Rush Limbaugh being a fairly recent example.)
But the question is, do you want to keep tangling w/ him? you know?
It gets exhausting. But not for the people who are fueled by negativity.
I believe in the work that you and Freelea are doing. I was so so motivated and encouraged so greatly by the both of you. And still am!
This loudmouth American supports you!!!!!!
