Lots of people said 'No way David Wolfe would try and sue you man! Your having us on! David Wolfe is a non judgemental spiritual guru that is above any criticisms. He would accept your actions as a freedom of speech..' LMAO.
Well David Wolfe shows his true colours in this letter I got today from his LA lawyers. Dress like a guru and sue like monsanto. All David Wolfe will get from me is a training programme, pair of old joggers and a few boxes of bananas to help melt that superfood gut of his. I dont hate DW even though he is repeatedly trying to sue my ass and bankrupt me. I don't take it personally. Im merely sharing my comments and criticisms and will continue to do so as an individuals right to freedom of speech.
Feel free to share it around the net and express your right to freedom of speech. Be careful though! David Wolfe might get his legal henchmen on to you too! ;)

Permalink Reply by Tingle on April 8, 2012 at 11:52am I'm not sure how this works internationally, but since your YouTube videos are accessible here in the U.S., wouldn't our Fair Use laws protect you in this situation? Thousands on YouTube videos contain a Fair Use disclaimer in order to protect them from the persons/organizations which they are critiquing or exposing.
Thanks for all of your hard work. Hope this all blows over!
Permalink Reply by Jon Fergus on April 8, 2012 at 1:57pm Well, this is just the thing... from what I've seen DW doesn't exactly specialize in facts. I'd like facts too... so where are his blood tests? DR's are online, with full transparency. Where are DW's?
Go to DW's websites and you'll read things like "David is a true living master of what it means to “walk the talk” on the road to higher and higher levels of natural beauty, vibrant health, and peak-performance." Peak performance? Gah? What kind of performance are we talking about here? Vibrant health? Prove it!! Show us blood tests, fitness levels, records from physicals, etc., etc.. Longevity? Tell us about that when you reach 100, not when you're entering middle-age! What does a 40 year old know about longevity? About as much as a newborn knows about walking.
If someone wants to put themselves out there as a 'health guru', and if they're so bold as to claim that they "walk the talk", then they better be ready to exemplify what they espouse and live up to their own hype. And as far as I can see, DW is far from doing that. DR and Graham on the other hand... live what they teach and let the truth speak for itself.
Now... about being objective... compare the following as objectively as possible. ;)

I don't mean to be impolite, but you're basing your analysis on incorrect presumptions.

Permalink Reply by Jon Fergus on April 14, 2012 at 6:54am If DW claims to be an athelete...
From DW's website:
David is a true living master of what it means to “walk the talk” on the road to higher and higher levels of natural beauty, vibrant health, and peak-performance.
Peak performance???? He really does set himself up for this kind of criticism when he makes such claims? What kind of performance is he talking about? Peak stage performance? Peak comedy performance? ;P
If we take DW and go walk around NYC for a day and find men in his age group with his body type then DW really isn't doing too bad.
Surely the standards we hold a "health guru" to are higher than just looking good compared to the average SAD eater.
