Permalink Reply by Macuilxochitl on April 5, 2012 at 9:09am If your dates are dried, pit them and soak 'em over night. Then you put them into the blender and pour in enough water to have most of them covered. Blend, add more water to taste afterwards, drink.
Permalink Reply by Macuilxochitl on April 6, 2012 at 1:31am As many as you like. 20 deglet noors makes for 400 calories, for example. Also be careful not to overwater the dates, just pour in enough for them to blend well. You can blend in more water afterwards to make it more smoothie-like.
