Looking at Cronometer over the past few days I can see that I'm still quite behind in a few categories of vitamins...
How does one possibly fill all of these! I can certainly see the role of vitamins when trying to get the biggest nutritional punch possible.
Does anyone actually manage to fill 50% of all the categories?!?!
hmm..

Permalink Reply by Jelle on May 31, 2012 at 8:33pm I agree with Harley to not micromanage the diet, I just do the tracking for fun, so full disclosure in the attachments. I also like to give your eye improvement thing a try, give me a pm sometime.
Permalink Reply by SoulSparkled on May 30, 2012 at 10:12pm hmm that looks good with 90% of nutritional targets achieved.
Do you need the complete gold edition to be able to review your eating like this?
And what do you eat in a 'typical day' or perhaps week to reach your nutritional targets? If that's not too personal a question!

Yes I gave the gold edition a good swing and being able to show these nutrition reports is one of the benefits, you can also give fitday.com a try and there are some others that have way more free features then cron-o-meter, but I like the ease of adding the foods.

Permalink Reply by DURIANRIDER on May 31, 2012 at 1:26pm Trying to micromanage your diet to that extreme is just going to do your head in when there is SO much variance in nutritional content of fruits and veg depending on where they are grown, how, freshness etc.
Focus on carb cal sufficiency, early nights and consistent hydration, sunshine, sport etc instead.
