30 Bananas a Day!

i know this might sound weird, but i think most of the times why i fall off the wagon is because i want something dry or crunchy.........im used to the wet smoothies and fruit......but my weakness is crunchy stuff lately.......anyone else experience this?! have ways around it? my mom said we could get the dehydrator out and maybe i can dehydrate some bananas....idk.  thoughts? :)

omgosh YUM! sounds delicious i love dill! minus the salt from the recipe of course ;)

I'm going to try that out, too.  I need something I like for when I don't want any more fruit.

I've heard wondrous things about kale chips, too.

I think dehydrated veggies sound like they would satisfy those cravings :). I've also heard of people making celery salt by dehydrating celery, then grinding it up in a coffee grinder, so you could make that and put it on kale/veggie chips!
Btw, it's great that your mom is trying to help you out!

awesome ideas thank u! :)

maybe snack on some crunchy romaine? :)

im not a fan of chowing on romaine yet :-\

:( make a tasty sauce to go with it.. mango-tomato-scallion salsa?

thanks!! howcome cauliflower is ok but raw broccoli isnt?.....i thought they were very similar....

There's a reason i always have a few bags of pears lying around, it's for when i just want something crunchy...which is often.

Could also use iceberg lettuce if you can find someplace that sells decent lettuce (here in england NOWHERE does decent lettuce :( )
