Hey all!
So two things I wanted to share with you. First of all, I got a job as a server and the restaurant is allowing me to order wholesale produce through them! So I think if any of you are having trouble with the cost this is something I would totally look into, and I feel like if you find a small homey restaurant they might be more into the idea :)
Also, I'm planning on moving to Costa Rica after school with my sister (another fellow 811er)! We were wondering if anyone had any advice or lived in the area. We're planning a trip to visit in a year or so and are way too excited to think straight, so if any of you had some reality checking thoughts they'd be quite helpful :)

This is me and my partner's hope as well. We are going down to Costa Rica next month for a 7 month stay.
There are 5 ways to gain residency (http://www.therealcostarica.com/residency_costa_rica/costa_rica_res...), most which require a good deal of money.
Our plan, when we get back, is to live in California for a few years until we're ready to go down again and search for a dwelling going in and out of the country every three months to renew our passport visa stamps. Eventually we wish to have a child in Costa Rica which would grant us residency.
