And who knew toiletries were so communicative?

Permalink Reply by Jack on March 25, 2012 at 2:20pm In my experience, 801010 poo can be anything from 3 to 7 (haven't seen 1 or 2 myself), mostly washes off easily and requires no to little wiping. Some fruits, certain mango types for instance, tend to create a stain that may need some extra washing off. Personally, when I eat lots of greens, I poop bits of greens which float and don't always disappear with flushing but keep on floating. Depends on which greens I'm eating though.
I seldom have 3 but it happens, 6 is pretty common, 4 slightly less so and 5 very rarely. 7 sometimes induced by durian.
Permalink Reply by vegan witch Ⓥ on March 26, 2012 at 12:30pm yeah - not eaten durian before but if i do too much beetroot (beets) especially a beetroot juice then things turn to #7 real quick.
when youve been raw for a while i reckon - things start to firm up around the place - say over 6-12 mths.
Permalink Reply by Jack on March 26, 2012 at 4:37pm I haven't noticed that - I started in July 2008. But I do notice that when I eat more of the less juicy fruits (bananas + dates), it does turn more into 3 & 4. I usually eat more juicy fruits, with mangoes as my staple. Also when I exercise, it does seem to both improve digestion and lead to 3 - 4'ish end products.

I vaguely remember something about an appendectomy. I had one when I was young, which has caused my digestion to be a bit moody at times. For optimum results, i have to be perfect.
Most of the time I can digest leafy greens like romaine and ice berg lettuce, but some of the cruciferous veggies, forget it:D And sometimes, my brain is driving me to eat greens, but the belly says no, not today:D
Peace, PK
