30 Bananas a Day!

I read a lot that proper food combining is important, but what exactly does that mean? What foods are good to combine, and what are not? How do I get the combinations right?

here's a chart.. might not be the best one online but for quick reference.. it's a little overcomplicated as it includes what i would now consider to be 'non-foods', but you'll get the idea

i heard dr. graham's printed chart that he sells on www.foodnsport.com is a very good one
Melons do not combine well! Here is a chart that of course isnt perfect by any means, but may simplify some things for you, i know it helped me and a few friends :-)
