Hi,
I wanted to ask, how do you cleanse your colon on this diet?
I have been eating like this for over two months... and I am still loosing weight, which in my case is a bad thing I had 77kg before and now I have 67kg which is too little for my 192cm of height. If it was fat I was loosing I wouldnt mind, but it is muscle. I noticed decrease of strength when I go to the gym.
I attribute this to parasites in my colon or some other issues with my digestion and absorption of nutrients, because I make sure to have enough calories.
I would appreciate any help before I will become invisible :)

The human body is remarkable in that it can clean itself, provided you allow it to. So start squatting. On 30BAD as I'm sure you know we do not promote or allow "colon cleansers," "GI brooms" etc as they do nothing except irritate, stimulate and damage the colon.
Also, drink lots and lots of water...
If you are noticing decreased strength try getting even MORE carbs. I know sometimes if I have "decreased strength" it is just lack of energy and not much to do with my physical muscles. If your muscle don't have enough glucose they might as well not even be there. If your car is not running, first make sure the gas tank is not empty then start looking for other problems.
Thanks a lot, this method seems logical, I will definitely try it. But how do you do it on a regular toilet? stand on the toilet seat and then squatt? Will be fun :)
And I also agree, that the human body should be able to cleanse itself, thats why I ask here... I got answers like eat anti-yeast diets... like low carb with a lot garlic and stuff... for like a half year... thats worse than to go to prison for me... I tried it and had no energy and felt horrible... so I will happily try what you suggested.
What you said about glucose is true... but since I had very little body fat to begin with and lost almost 10kg of weight, then the loss must have been mainly muscle and then some toxins and fat. So I think eating more carbs will help, but clean colon will help even more... I will be happy when I do not have gas after each meal :)
I eat quite a lot of pineapple already so thats good news :) And lettuce also, mainly baby spinach is my favorite. So thx, hope the bloating a gas... and the weight loss will stop soon.

I think eating plenty of whole natural fruit helps to clean the colon because whole natural fruit has plenty of fiber in it.
