30 Bananas a Day!

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me if having 400mls of coconut water with my smoothies daily is too much? I remember reading something in 811 stating coconuts are generally a no go? Could this be affecting my weight loss (that is not really happening)!

Coconut water is a great addition to your diet! The water is lowfat, so 400ml is absolutely fine :)
