does anyone use coconut sap/nectar? i love it with bananas in the morning and in my tea.
im having it now with some night time tea. i had some fats in my salad, a bit of avocado and hemp seeds. dinner ended about an hour ago. might coconut sugar be affected by fats the way that fruit sugar would be?
xo thanks

Are you referring to palm juice ..???? ie the sap they collect from cutting off a palm flower and collecting the dripping plant fluid ....... I love that gear ...... when I am in Indonesia I am chasing that stuff down ....... 1.5 litres for $1.50 ...... in a day I can drink 5 litres which is amazing cause I never drink that much water ....... yeah we like it better than coconut juice from inside the nut which is pretty plain and although we love sugarcane juice its pretty sweeeeeet .. so the palm juice is the happy medium ...... actually my friend just showed me a bottled product he got in Asian food store here in Oz ...... but yeah I like it fresh ......... nectar of da gods ......
