30 Bananas a Day!

Naturally, chewing gum is not part of 811.  I'd love to brush my teeth after every meal, but am not always able to do so.  Does anyone know of some good alternatives?  I only know of chewing anise seeds or mint leaves.  Any ideas would be appreciated!

Ha Ha!! It doesn't stink, thankfully!  I just don't always like to taste my lunch two hours after consumption!

essential oils with an oil base swish and spit out, or you could make a clove peppermint tea mouth rinse??

The Natural way is chew on your tongue... HA ha just had too..

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to keep the mouth fresh and lubricated:)

If you are tasting something two hours after a meal, you might just be dehydrated, assuming you are doing the diet 100%.
