30 Bananas a Day!

Hope everyone's having a lovely fruity week so far :)

I just wanted to share with you my latest video on celiac disease. Most of you know that I suffered for many years with this condition undiagnosed, and became seriously ill as a result. It would have made such a difference to my life if I had known or been told about celiac disease when I first got ill, and so not had to go through everything that I did.

Now I want so much to spread the truth about this condition and to help others who are suffering. And I hope with all my heart that I can spare someone the pain that I went through.

For more information on my health story you can visit my website www.therawmonkey.com or check out some of my previous blog post and videos:

I wish you all the best on your own hcrv journey.

Take care,

Esperanza xxx

great video, and thanks for sharing!

After I become vegan, I begun to rely heavily on vegan junk food, and that worsened my gluten sensitivity that I didn't know that I had.

So because I begun eating too much pasta and bread, my immunity system begun to fallen apart, Acne and depression come along.

I had read articles that while up to 1% of the population have celiac disease, people with some sort gluten sensitivity can reach 10% of world population, enhanced by the fact of the GMO wheat that our gut can  mistake and treat their protein as a "enemy" triggering a immunity system response that will reflect on our health.

So at least 10% population can have a "light" version of celiac disease without know that the cause can be GMO wheat, and the allergy to another foods.

Thanks Windwalker!

Standard veganism does tend to put a lot more emphasis on grains than a traditional diet, and so for those sensitive to gluten health can actually get worse eating this way. That's what's so great about the raw vegan diet!

Yes, that's very true. Many people are made ill by gluten (celiacs or not), but it's not a well recognised or publicised problem. I hope that in years to come this will change.

I really appreciate your feedback and input here - thank you :)

Have a lovely day, Esperanza xxx
