30 Bananas a Day!

Candida outbreak or allergic reaction, need some help. I know you've heard this before but...

I have looked all through this site, and read a bunch of stuff and I am still not sure of the answer.

So, I have been Candida outbreak symptom free for a couple of months I think. I usually track myself on cron-o-meter, and often am around 88-90% from carbs.

I am living in Mexico currently, and have lots of wonderful fruit around. I started feeling a bit icky when I ate bananas, so I haven't eaten then in a week or maybe 10 days.

I do not often eat overt fats. I do occasionally. Last week I had about 1/2 of a small avocado on a salad. A few days ago I added 1/4 of a clove of garlic in my celery/cucumber soup thing i was making. I have not had garlic in a long time and wanted to try some. It was way too strong.

The past few days, I have been basically eating nothing but mangoes, like 2,500 calories from mangoes, heehee, it has been really fun! But today I am breaking out in underarm spots like I used to. My belly is also sticking out more than usual after eating.

So I was wondering, could it have been the avocado last week, the garlic, or am I having a reaction to the amount of mangoes I am eating.

Any info would be awesome, thanks guys

Not really ever actually. I think maybe 1or 2 times in my life.
I used Toms for a bit couple of months maybe max, but kind of decided I didn't need it.

These are the same bumps that I used to associate with part of my Candida symptoms.
that is great to hear. Yes there is no question it could be candida- but it sounds like you have hardly eaten any fat so I was thinking it could be detoxing of heavy metals from some source- even eating canned food in the past. People dont realize it but the underarms may be the number 1 area for detoxing. You can get swollen lymph glands there and deep cysts from detoxing things. At one point in my detox I got a golf-ball sized swelling on the inside of my leg right above where another lymph gland is.

In your case something like applying papaya topically may help. it is great for repairing skin. Other things like coconut oil with comfrey are anti-microbial, and creme with frankinsesnse and mhyrrh are great for any kind of potential infection- and in the mouth.

You could also soak in bath salts to help.. It sounds like you have figured it out though so it is probably all down hill from here..=)
Sweet, thank you for advice, all I have is a shower here, I wish I had a bath :) oh well.
I totally used to eat tons of canned food, that is interesting...

I think, I'll avoid all overt fats for awhile, maybe cool it on the mangoes a little bit, and do the papaya and coconut oil thing.

Awesome, thanks so much
OH NO!!
THE BUMPS ARE LIKE 100 times worse!!

I put papaya under one and coconut oil under the other to see if they would have different reactions.

Both of them increased the bums and irritation like crazy.
The papaya arm is way worse! like hundreds of bumps and crazy amount of redness, and swelling. Also it HURTs a lot, and is really itchy!

Is this detoxing??
OMG- Actually I have heard that candida works its way to the surface of the skin and it is actually coming out.. so if this is really happening- it will feed off of a sugar source- but it will still be coming out more..

Just rinse it off and see if it feels better. I think it is good if it is coming to the surface though. Does it seem like there is a white substance in there coming out?
I also can tell you candida is a real thing. My brother has been in surgery rooms with Dr.s working on diseased hearts and candida can grow around a persons heart and end up killing them. It can be like cottage cheese in bad cases.. like something out of the x-files.. so it is so good if this is coming out of your body on its own. Heavy metal poisoning can also make it worse. I think it is because the metal interferres with your bodies immune response somehow. That is why when a person gets metal put into their body - they can get an infection like that- so they have to be really careful. With all of the things people are put in contact with now a days the immune response can be compromised and so you have something like that happening.. the garlic you ate may have activated a die off as well. I have heard of it trying to escape from peoples eyes- so that they get extreem conjuctivitis during a fast..

One thing to do to lessen an allergic reaction- which is part of what is happening is to drink some coffee or tea. Caffeine is an anti-histamine and can help in asthma attacks as well.

It may keep you up at night so its better if you feel it is somewhat of an emergency. Im sorry you are going through all that!
Here is some more info on papaya:

It has been used and researched extensively for the positive effect it has on skin ulcers, REF 507, 508 & 509 as well as helping patients with severe burn wounds. REF 510

Not only does it have great antibacterial and wound healing abilities REF 511 but is also extensively used in wound care REF 512 & 513 and is of particular help in removing damaged and dead skin. REF 514 - 516

Yeah, I think there is some white substance in some of the larger bumps. I feel all brain foggy and really depressed as well, grrrr...

So papaya good for skin, just not on Candida skin.
Maybe I can apply coffee topically? humm I wonder...

Do you think I should lay off the really sweet fruits like sapote and mangoes as well?
Just wondering..

I think I may for a week or so after my mangoes I already have are gone, maybe do more melons and citrus or something.

Candida is not fun :(
To get rid of the source- metal you can chelate it with cilantro. Once you have chelated the metal out for some time- then you can kill the candida with caprilic acid- which is made from grapefruit seeds.

Thanks for all the useful info! You are really informative superdupercucumberlover...=)!
